1 The warden of Jackson Correctional Institution, on behalf of the State, appeals from an order releasing Benny Bridges from his prison sentences. The trial court held that the Department of Corrections (DOC) had effectively discharged Bridges from his sentences in April 1998, effective October 20, 1997. We conclude otherwise, and therefore reverse.
